1. Scope of Service
Intrho operates as an intermediary and professional property manager for residential rentals, including:
Short-term rentals (less than 30 days)
Mid-term rentals (from 1 to 18 months)
Intrho handles promotion, management, booking, check-in/check-out, guest assistance, and administrative and operational handling of properties.
2. Website Access and Use
Access to the Website is free of charge. The user agrees to:
Not use the Website for unlawful or unauthorized purposes.
Not interfere with the proper functioning of the Website or attempt to compromise its security.
Intrho reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Website at its sole discretion.
3. Bookings and Agreements
Intrho is not a direct party to the lease agreement between the guest and the property owner but acts as the owner's representative for operational and administrative aspects of the stay.
Bookings, prices, cancellation policies, and security deposits are defined in individual contractual agreements and may vary depending on the duration and type of property.
4. Liability
Intrho shall not be held liable for:
Damages caused by guests to properties (unless otherwise agreed).
Disputes between guests and owners that are not directly related to Intrho’s management activities.
Breach of contract by either the property owner or the guest.
Nevertheless, we will provide support to help resolve any issues during the stay.
5. Owner Obligations
The property owner:
Guarantees full availability and legal compliance of the property offered for rent.
Commits to maintaining the property in suitable condition for rental.
Formally authorizes Intrho to manage the property, including by power of attorney if required.
6. Guest Obligations
The guest agrees to:
Respect the rules of the house, property, and building.
Use the property responsibly and return it in the same condition.
Promptly report any damage or malfunction.
7. Fees and Commissions
The fees for Services provided by Intrho are defined contractually and may vary based on location, rental duration, requested services, and seasonality.
8. Intellectual Property
All Website content (logo, text, images, code, layout) is the property of Intrho or licensed to it. Reproduction or use without written permission is strictly prohibited.
9. Privacy and Data Processing
The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which we invite you to review. Intrho complies with the GDPR (EU Regulation 2016/679).
10. Limitation of Liability
The Website is provided “as is.” Intrho does not guarantee the absence of technical errors, viruses, or uninterrupted availability of the Website. Use is at your own risk.
